Äh - MoD, ich dachte, Du studierst Jus? Verwaltungsstrafen in Geld werden in Tagessätzen bemessen. Freiheitsstrafe (eher selten) wird ja wohl nicht einkommensabhängig sein sollen. Meinjanur.
