Neues Pro-Argument: Ist das selbe wie passives Wahlrecht ab 16.

Zitat Wikipedia: "Aktiv wahlberechtigt ist, wer auch zur Nationalratswahl aktiv wahlberechtigt ist, das sind alle österreichischen Staatsbürger, die spätestens mit Ablauf des Tages der Wahl das 16. Lebensjahr vollendet haben und nicht durch eine gerichtliche Verurteilung vom Wahlrecht ausgeschlossen sind.

Passiv wahlberechtigt ist, wer (Art. 60

Abs 3 B-VG):

  • das aktive Wahlrecht zum Nationalrat besitzt,

  • das 35. Lebensjahr vollendet hat,"

Die Streichung würde also konkret beuten, dass das passive Wahlalter dem aktiven angeglichen wird.
