Neues Kontra-Argument: Mindestmitgliedschaft ist Sinnvoll

Der Grund warum die Frist sinnvoll ist - es soll verhindert werden das eine größere Gruppe eine LGV oder BGV "übernehmen" kann. Daher halte ich ein Aufweichen für sehr gefährlich.
