Neue Anregung: berücksichtigung von BGO §4(3)

Ich bin weiterhin der Meinung, dass BGO §4(3) impliziert, dass man vor Ort akkreditiert sein muss um überhaupt ein Stimmrecht zu haben! Und es kann nur derjenige ein Stimmrecht mittels Vollmacht übertragen der auch ein solches besitzt!
