Neue Anregung: Vergleich mit derzeitiger Satzung und Argumentation

Bitte auf Satzung §2 verlinken.

Außerdem würde ich mir eine Argumentation wünschen, wieso welche Punkte geändert/hinzugefügt/ersetzt werden sollen.
