Wie so eine BGV zustande kommt... Sie wird organisiert von Freiwilligen die eine Arbeitsgruppe bilden. Wenn du zB in Vorarlberg oder im Burgenland keine Arbeitsgruppe zusammenbringst - wer soll das dann organisieren? du?
